A monument of culture of local importance. The monument consists of a concrete pedestal lined with polished granite and a granite stele depicting a map of Ukraine and the inscription “United Ukraine.” The top of the stele is crowned with a metal trident. Below is the inscription “The memorial sign was erected on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence.” The memorial was unveiled on August 24, 2016.

In August 2022, the memorial sign was destroyed by the occupation authorities using heavy machinery. A bust of Vladimir Lenin was installed instead.
