A monument of history of local importance, decision dated July 14, 1993 No. 419, protection number 34. A prominent Ukrainian scientist, politician, public figure and poet M. Shapoval was born and lived in Serebrianka village for some time. In 1993, a bust was erected in honor of the famous native in the school yard. The name of the sculptor is S. Hontar.

The cultural heritage site was damaged by shrapnel as a result of artillery shelling on July 28, 2022. The condition is unsatisfactory, the pedestal and bust are completely covered with explosion craters and cut by shrapnel. The monument needs restoration work with the development of scientific and design documentation.
